Deposit Terms
A half-price non-refundable down payment holds your joey and goes toward the full cost. The $25 queue fee you already provided is also deducted from the final balance.
Hosting Policy
Kindly schedule collection within 10 days of the joey's ready date. Post-deadline, hosting is $10 weekly and requires prior confirmation from our glider nursery.
Retraction Policy
Should you void the booking or fail to take your joey home, the down payment and queue fee are retained. Ensure you are fully prepared for glider life before committing.
Pickup Guidelines
On-site pickup is by appointment in Goodrich, Michigan. Bring a safe glider pouch. For professional transport, consult us prior to booking to review specific arrangements.

We require all owners to maintain a secure, pouch-ready habitat and strictly adhere to our specialized diet and socialization protocols to ensure the lasting vitality of your exotic marsupial.
